PDFormat uses cutting-edge JavaScript libraries that run entirely in your web browser:

jsPDF - Generates PDF files from images
PDF.js - Mozilla's open-source PDF rendering engine
pdf-lib - Manipulates existing PDFs (compress, merge, split, etc.)

When you upload a file, it's loaded into your browser's memory, processed using these libraries, and the converted file is created—all without a single byte leaving your device.
